Learning to belay is the first step to using our climbing gym without staff. You'll learn all the belay skills, knots and equipment you need to use our top rope climbing walls

Sport Climbing - Learn to Lead
Take the “sharp end” of the rope and learn to lead on our huge sport climbing wall. You’ll learn proper clipping, rope management, lead belay, and falling technique in this two-part advanced climbing/belaying course.
This course consists of (2) two-hour classes in preparation for taking your lead certification test.

AMGA Climbing Wall instructor
Over the past several years the AMGA CWI program has become the nations premier training program for climbing wall operators and instructors.
The 20 hour certification course is designed to equip professional instructors with the technical know-how and teaching skills necessary for artificial climbing wall operators. The course is run by Nate McKenzie from Ascent Climbing and hosted by Rock Climb Fairfield.
