Increasing strength is important but its no replacement for good climbing technique! These hands-on workshops will help the beginner to intermediate climber improve their technical skills, movement and efficiency on the wall by breaking down bad habits and learning some new best practices.
TECH ONE - BETTER MOVEMENT
Fundamental hand, foot and balance workshop for the beginner to intermediate climber. You'll learn to climb more efficiently with practical, bite-size lessons and technique drills you can practice on your own.
WHO IS IT FOR
Any climber in the 5.6-5.10 or VFun-V3 range that wants to improve their movement.

TECH TWO - STEEP TERRAIN & LEAD SKILLS
Improve your lead game by moving more efficiently in steep terrain. We'll practice falling and strategies for improving your lead-head and close with some gym-to-crag skills including cleaning sport anchors.
WHO IS IT FOR
Intermediate level climbers that want to improve their lead climbing skills. Must be lead certified at RCF.
