T'ai chi promotes movement with relaxation, efficiency, and integration. It is the perfect complement to your climbing workout. 

T'ai chi ch'uan is the ancient Chinese martial art renowned for its healthy focus on "strength through softness".Tai Chi in Fairfield is workshopping the application of t'ai chi principles in climbing, to improve stamina, range of motion, and efficiency for climbers.

As part of the workshop we will learn forms and exercises from t'ai chi, dynamic workout routines to build coordination and body awareness and of course on-the-wall applications to go higher.
