RCF is a we. It is a community built from a collective effort, where each member plays an integral part in its prosperity and longevity. We all have a voice and we are all expected to speak up for the group as necessary.

We are here to work. This is a place where the demands can be high and the work can be hard, but engagement, persistence and patience are rewarded.

We are bigger than the sum of our parts. Here the extent of one’s contributions is valued equally with the quality of one’s character. In order to maintain a healthy system that limits liability, employment is continually contingent upon adherence to RCF policies and expected conduct. No one is exempt from this expectation, including management.

We are more than just climbing instructors; we are a community of leaders which means we are also a community of learners. We seek those whose curiosity continuously drives them to learn and to grow.

We are honest. Feedback is multi-directional. We celebrate each other’s achievements, provide necessary feedback, and communicate our expectations.
