Functional Strength for Climbers: Session 1/3:
"Bodyweight Strength & Control"

The IzzyFit Rock Climbers Strength: Off-the-Wall Workshop Series is a progressive, three-part strength training experience designed to help climbers build real, usable strength that directly translates to better climbing performance.

This isn’t random lifting or generic workouts. Each workshop builds on the last—taking you from control → strength → power—so you move better, climb stronger, and feel more confident every time you hit the wall.

Workshop 1: Bodyweight Strength & Control

  • Build the foundation. Improve core control, shoulder and hip stability, balance, and full-body tension so every move feels more intentional and efficient.

Workshop 2: Strength Training for Climbers

  • Add load with purpose. Learn how to use weight training to increase pulling strength, lower-body drive, and total-body stability—all without interfering with your climbing.

Workshop 3: Explosive Strength & Power

  • Turn strength into performance. Develop explosive power, speed, and coordination for dynamic moves and confident, powerful climbing.

Fixed Anchors Clinic w/ Bryan (indoors)

YOU’LL LEARN:

  • Different types of fixed anchors (for example: quad anchors)

  • Different types of materials to make fixed anchors

  • Two different ways to clean a fixed anchor
