FUNDAMENTALS

Level 1

Train smarter, move more efficiently and progress in your climbing with three different focuses to choose from. Ages 13+

Footwork

Learn the main footwork skills used in climbing and how they help with balance and moving forward to the next hold. Like heel hooks, toe hooks, smearing, and using your toe.


Technique

Learn common climbing techniques like flagging, hip positioning, and arm positioning to move more efficiently and better on the wall.


Warming Up & Cooling Down

Learn the importance of proper warm-ups and cooldowns, and the best ways to approach them.

Level 2

PRE-REQUISITES REQUIREMENTS: Already taken Footwork and Technique OR have a basic understanding of footwork/climbing techniques on varying wall angles and confidence implementing them.

DYNAMIC CLIMBING

Learn how to use momentum and your lower body to reach those holds you thought were too far away. You’ll learn dynamic climbing drills to incorporate into your current training.


STATIC CLIMBING & BALANCE

Enhance your lock-off strength and balance-y slab climbing, along with drills to build up that upper body strength.


PROJECTING

Learn a variety of tactics to send your projects faster and more efficiently. We’ll work on your bouldering projects and get real-time feedback from a coach.
