  • Attendance / Late Arrivals

    • Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals of over 10 minutes may result being denied participation.

    • Students taking private lessons or open studio who are bringing their own equipment and/or opt to warm-up before class should arrive ~10 minutes before lesson start time.

  • PEER-TO-PEER TEACHING: Students are not allowed to instruct or spot other students under any circumstances.

  • IN-CLASS FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY: Filming/photography is allowed as long as no one else is in the background, unless all individuals in the frame give verbal consent. Filming/photography of RCF staff or members is not allowed.

  • Aerial silks is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have neck/back/hip problems, or have vertigo. We advise you to obtain clearance from a doctor before attempting aerial silks.

  • COME FRESH AND CLEAN to class for the sake of your fellow students, your aerial coach, and yourself! Aerial silks involves getting up close and personal with the aerial fabric… You may find yourself wrapped by your armpits, between your legs, and with your bare feet.

  • PARENT OBSERVATION: For children ages 17 or younger, parents are allowed to watch from the mezzanine lounge, behind the rope barrier of the Crow’s Nest. Parents are not allowed in the aerial area (a.k.a. the ‘Crow’s Nest’) under normal circumstances.
