Together We Flow is a Valentine’s Day partner yoga workshop created to nurture connection, presence, and shared joy. Through gentle partner poses, assisted stretches, and synchronized breathing making it a meaningful way to celebrate Valentine’s Day together. Whether you’re new to yoga or a regular practitioner, this class offers a welcoming space. Just show up, move together, and enjoy quality time together in a supportive environment.
Additional instructions:
• Please register as a pair
• Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and stretching.
• Bring your own yoga mat if possible; limited mats may be available at the studio.
• Props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters will be provided.
• Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and skip any poses that don’t feel right.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and settle onto your mat.
• Space is limited; advance registration is recommended
