Ever wanted to learn a handstand? Join Jackie for a fun, beginner-friendly workshop focused on drills, strength-building, and confidence to help you work toward going upside down.
Ever wanted to try a handstand but weren’t sure where to begin? This playful and beginner-friendly workshop is all about building the strength, technique, and confidence that lead to getting upside down. We’ll focus on handstand prep drills, shoulder and core activation, and simple progressions to build body awareness for handstands. The wall will be available for support, and Jackie will offer spotting for anyone who wants to explore kicking up, but no pressure if you’re not there yet! Whether you're brand new to handstands or want to improve your foundation, you’ll leave with practical drills and tools to keep practicing long after the workshop ends.

Additional instructions:
• Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and stretching.
• Bring your own yoga mat if possible; limited mats may be available at the studio.
• Props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters will be provided.
• Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and skip any poses that don’t feel right.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and settle onto your mat.
• Space is limited; advance registration is recommended
