Yoga alignment workshop to focus on refining posture and technique to ensure a safe, effective, strong, and therapeutic practice.
Join us for a 120-minute alignment-focused practice designed to deepen your understanding of yoga postures from the inside out. We’ll move through foundational and commonly practiced poses with intention, pausing to break down proper alignment, structural support, and intelligent modifications for different bodies.
This workshop is both experiential and educational — you’ll feel the work in your body while gaining practical tools to make your practice safer, stronger, and more sustainable.
After class, we’ll stay for an open Q&A and group conversation to explore questions, individual challenges, and personal insights. This is a supportive space to learn, refine, and connect.
All levels welcome. Great for dedicated students and teachers looking to sharpen their eye for detail."

Additional instructions:
• Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and stretching.
• Bring your own yoga mat if possible; limited mats may be available at the studio.
• Props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters will be provided.
• Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and skip any poses that don’t feel right.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and settle onto your mat.
• Space is limited; advance registration is recommended
